ALMADEN YOUTH BASEBALL · 11U & 12U
More than a baseball team. A place for Almaden's 11U and 12U players to build skills, find their confidence, and learn what it means to show up for each other.
01 / OUR STORY
We believe what kids learn on the field should stay with them long after the last inning.
CEO David Wang wanted Almaden kids to have more opportunities to practice, develop their baseball skills, and keep growing beyond the spring Little League season.
That idea became Almaden Aces, a youth baseball nonprofit helping our community's 11U and 12U players continue learning and practicing beyond the spring season. We build baseball skills and prepare young players for the challenges and excitement of travel baseball tournaments.
The players helped shape the team's identity themselves. They brainstormed team names, discussed their ideas, and voted to choose Almaden Aces. They also chose our black-and-gold colors, making the name and look of the team a reflection of their own voices.
But the bigger goal goes beyond the scoreboard. It's learning to work hard, bounce back, respect others, and put the team first. Every practice and every game is another chance to become a better player and a better teammate.
02 / OUR CURRENT TEAMS
Our current teams are 11U and 12U. The same purpose connects both: develop as players, grow as people, and compete together.

03 / THE ACES WAY
We're growing ballplayers, teammates, and the kind of confidence that travels beyond the field.
Hitting, throwing, fielding, and understanding the game. We focus on the building blocks that help young players grow with confidence.
SKILL & DEVELOPMENTEffort when it's tough. Respect when it's competitive. Encouragement when a teammate needs it. That's the spirit we want to bring to every inning.
CHARACTER & TEAMWORKTravel tournaments give our players a chance to challenge themselves, learn from new competition, and make memories together.
